Today is International Answer the Phone Like Buddy the Elf Day!! :)

"Buddy the Elf, what's your favorite color?"

I thought I'd share a few of my favorite lines from the movie:

• I just like to smile. Smiling's my favorite!
• The best way to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear.
• You sit on a throne of lies!
• Good news! I saw a dog today!

After watching the movie recently, my family sat around discussing phrases that Buddy the Elf could say if he was The Most Interesting Man in the World...

I don't always chew gum, but when I do, I eat it off the street.
I don't always see raccoons, but when I do, I hug them.
I don't always drink coffee, but when I do, I drink the world's best cup.
I don't always buy lingerie, but when I do, it's for someone special: my dad.
I don't always work in the mailroom, but when I do, I get drunk.
I don't always build rocking horses, but when I do, I use wood from the entertainment center.
I don't always make breakfast, but when I do, it's spaghetti and syrup.
I don't always answer phone calls, but when I do, I ask their favorite color.
