"Live Like You're Loved"

My baby girl is 17 years old today!!

A few of her school friends came home with her on Friday and hung out for awhile. One of the girls had plans to see Tenth Avenue North in concert, so she had to leave before we left for dinner.


A couple of other girls met up with us at MOD Pizza...


Then most of them came back to the house for a sleepover! Elly requested Pampered Chef's Chocolate Molten Lave Cake. It isn't pretty, but it's delicious and super easy to make!



Elly chose Smashburger for lunch after church today!


We heard that they have a chocolate peanut butter milkshake, which Elly & I split while the boys split an Oreo malt.



She opened her presents after we got home...




And she seems to be happy with her birthday weekend!

I was going to post The Beatles' "I Saw Her Standing There", but the only line that really applies to today is the first one. So I chose today's song because my prayer is that Elizabeth would live like she's loved...
